I am Racquel, and my life has been a remarkable journey marked by a commitment to education, community service, and empowering individuals of diverse abilities. With extensive experience in these fields, I’ve had the privilege of making a positive impact on countless lives. My educational and professional path has led me through many years of dedicated service in both the School District and the Office of Education, where I focused on catering to the unique needs of special education students. My roles have encompassed various responsibilities, including counseling and behavior therapy.However, my heart truly lies in working with individuals who have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Witnessing their incredible potential unfold is not just a vocation for me; it’s a lifelong passion. It’s my calling. There are no boundaries to what they can achieve, and our mission is to empower them to realize their full potential.
